We were in the area visiting relatives, had our bikes with us and decided to check this trail out. We enjoyed our ride on the trail. There was shade and lots of scenery along the way. We were surprised to find the Children’s Memorial Garden along the way. It was very touching. This trail also connected to other trails that we explored, Including the Graham Swamp Trail (which isn’t paved, but a nice trail).

Take a break from the beach! Nice shady walk tons of wildlife. Joey saw a bunny. There are otters under the bridge! So many different paths to choose from we can go back every day and go a different way. Walkers and bikers miles of connecting trails. I did get a bit lost but used Google maps to get back to the parking lot.

This is an incredibly beautiful well maintained paved trail. We always park at the side near European village and walk down to the other side and back. If you have kids, park on the other end by the playground. We always see tons of wildlife, meet nice people, enjoy some boat watching and sometimes even see a dolphin or 2. The whole route is very flat so great for strollers, bikes or easy walking and running. The playground is covered some from the sun which is helpful. Bathrooms are located near the playground. Stop over at European village after for some pizza!

Really small, almost tiny park. Shady bike trail is 1.5 mi @ best : nearby Lehigh Trail is 13.5 mi. Facilities are well maintained, including bike repair stations. Picnic places are roofed and comfortable. Kids playground makes it more attractive to the young families. Hope this helps.
